We have a high level and rich experience in design engineering process engineering and manufacturing of the ESTA crosshead and die series to meet the different specifications of medical precision catheter extrusion, from single to multi-layer. For both single-cavity and multi-cavity tube extrusions, we use a 3D melt flow simulation analysis program that has been performed for each material. Different rheological parameters are adopted to ensure that the desired output is achieved by providing uniform balanced flow to play the head for optimal extrusion results
